These two adjectives perfectly describes the control circuit and power supply circuit from BOSCH Rexroth. And thus to ensure the safety of investment, it is specially developed for industrial application environment, the system box and compact system in full compliance with theIP54 protection level. The two part is to establish the new technical standard. The control circuit can be integrated with various types of logic in IEC61131-5 specification (PLC),which provides more choices for the automation: to peripheral functions and tightening operation offree programming.

In order to ensure that the compact system with control environment now and future perfect matching .It contains 3 free module slot. It contains 3 module slots free. Deliveries are furnished with a fake veneer. In addition, CS351E-D and CS351S-D compact system is equipped with a DVI interface for connecting external display and the corresponding USB interface.

The modular system

SB356 box and BT356 card rack is very rugged stainless steel manufacturing, running from them to support the control circuit and the power circuit in a modular system.


VM350 power supply module, each BT/SB is equipped with a maximum of 6 screw channel. Tighten channel comprise with SE352 or SE352M  controller  and  servo amplifier. A SE control module can control 2 servo amplifier, that is to say can control 2 tightening channel.Servo amplifier can be used for  fixed  screw  shaft LT35..., and can also be used for pistol tightening machine ErgoSpin LTU350/1 pistol. At any time, can be mixed operation of screw axis and ErgoSpinin SE352 or SE352M. Can be mixed operation of screw axis and ErgoSpin in SE352 or SE352M.


KE350 or KE350G IL communication unit is responsible for internal and external system communication.It is inserted into a slot on the right side of the BT/SB occupy the position of sixth originally servo amplifier.When the KE350 or the KE350G IL SB is inserted into the first or the first BT, through NK350,NK350S coupler  network and NKL coupler network cable , can connect up to 16 BT/SB.


KE350G IL integrated with the IEC 61131-3 standard logic circuit (PLC), to the tightening processflexible programming, provide more automation selection scheme for the user


For safety and electromagnetic compatibility and other reasons, unused slots must be closed with a false panel.
